After crossing the pass, we continue along a rocky, often snow-covered trail that leads toward Mera Peak High Camp.

With headlamps glowing, we rope up and make our way onto the glacier, climbing steadily toward the ridge. The world around us begins to glow as the first hints of dawn touch the horizon. Step by step, following the guidance of our expert climbing leader, we move upward across the glacier, taking in the surreal beauty of the high Himalayas waking up.
